This place is fantastic! The service is friendly and the food is delicious. Good quality and very fresh. A few of my favorite dishes: The chicken fiesta salad. Good texture, nice and crunchy with the tortilla strips and crisp lettuce. Plus that lime cilantro dressing goes well with it. The clam chowder. It's honestly my favorite in the area. Very rich and creamy. Warms you up nice and good when it's cold out. The patty melt. A more recent addition but I love patty melts and theirs is top quality. I highly recommend this place.

First time here. Super friendly owners. Fish and Chips were superb with an excellent house made tartar sauce. The clam chowder is awesome and the fish tacos outstanding. This will be our new Go to spot in Charleston. Highly recommend and we will be back soon! Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and some days in December so call ahead if you're driving in.

Had a hankering for some clam chowder and found some. Monkey Business did not disappoint. The food was fresh and flavorful. What really stood out to me and my wife was how clean the restaurant was. You could tell they take pride in their restaurant and it shows. Well done Monkey Business!

I loved this place. The food smelled and looked so good I didn't think about taking pictures! The food is order at the back of a bait shop- but don't let that stop you! There are places to eat inside and outside by the marina. The fish tasted like it was just caught and fried. It came with crispy fries and home made tartar sauce (at least tasted home made!). The chowder was full of potatoes and clams and very tasty. The service was very friendly and checked on us a couple of times. Will definitely come back next time we visit Coos Bay Area.

I can't begin to say how amazing the food is at Monkey Buisness!!! Absolutely everything I have tried is Outstanding! Shrimp PoBoy, Clamwich!, The Pulled Pork Tacos are Outstanding! And you can't beat the Garlic fries!!!

The fish tacos are my favorite! We traveled from California to visit family, and we always make time for a trip to get fresh fish. I love that they offer other menu items besides seafood since my husband doesn't eat it. Win, win!! The gentleman at the front was so kind and friendly, especially considering we came about 15 minutes before closing. I appreciate you even though it's rough knowing you're ready to close and having a good attitude and a smile. My favorite decor was the map, "where are you from" Thanks for always satisfying our cravings whenever we come to Oregon!

Really amazing food and service! I got the bbq pulled pork fries and clam chowder both were flavorful and hearty. Would def come back again to try the other seafood - would come back just for the clam chowder

This is where the local fishmen eat. Now located indoors. We entered through the tackle/bait shop and entered the restaurant through the hallway past the restrooms. It opens up to a spacious seating area with painted picnic tables. Order & pay at the counter and have a seat. The combination seafood basket (comes with fries) was delicious! Super fresh clam strips, large plump shrimp and fresh flaky cod pieces. Enough to share as a mini meal for $19. I am pleasantly surprised with the fresh Romain side salad for $5. It's very simple but a nice fresh element to the otherwise fried meal. I would order the side salad with every order *thumbs up* A casual, reasonably priced, super fresh seafood done simple and delicious. My new go-to fish and chips place *YAY*

Back in the area & we just had to stop at Monkey Business. At first we thought they had closed because we didn't see the two yellow trailers from the past. But, they have moved, not far, in the same area, but now in a building. Once you enter, go to the counter, review the menu on the wall & place your order. This place has the best clam chowder around. A thick, creamy chowder that is rich & filling. Chunks of potatoes that melt in your mouth & perfectly tender clams. We also enjoy the flaky, tender fish & chips as well as their crab cakes. Those are crispy on the outside, but moist on the inside. You can eat inside on one of their several picnic tables, or sit at the counter alongside the widows, but we always get ours to go. I'm quite sure we'll be back.
